Best possible and peaceful location, 15 minutes' walk from Museo Nacional Thyssen-Bornemisza, appreciated it. Staff were fabulously helpful and professional, we had excellent communication.

Place was stunning and nice and near Edificio Grassy. I had very quick check-in. I had friendly communication with staff, they were superbly friendly. I enjoyed the location, it was great and lovely and so close to Museo del Prado, eating spots and fantastic shops, Hop on Off bus route, lots of bars, eating spots and supermarkets.

The accommodation was secure. Magnificent and incredible location not very far from Museo Nacional Thyssen-Bornemisza, we appreciated it. It was 25 km away from the airport. The staff was excellent and amicable, they offered exceptional service. The neighbourhood was safe...

The bathroom here was dirty.

Clean property just off the main museum area of Paseo de Prado as well as lots of bars and restaurants, Prado Museum, Thyssen, several nice churches, National Archaeology Museum and other sites, and all attractions.

As avid trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the perfect location just off Gran Via and by Chueca. The quiet street provided a peaceful atmosphere after a long day of exploring. The well-designed interior and comfortable space made us feel at home. The fantastic black out electric curtains allowed us to have a restful sleep whenever we needed it. The inclusion of washing up liquid, shower gel, and shampoo was a thoughtful touch.

The location was absolutely incredible, with a metro station nearby and all the main attractions within walking distance. Plus, there was a supermarket just around the corner for easy grocery shopping. The apartment itself was mind-blowingly spacious, with walk-in wardrobes and super comfortable beds. The service from the reception was top-notch, they even emailed us in advance to arrange our check-in time. We had such a jaw-dropping stay and will definitely choose this place again if we're back in the city. Oh, and the apartment had free wi-fi, a dryer, electric kettle, cookware.

Great stay at a centrally located apartment. The apartment was spacious and cozy, with all the necessary gadgets. It was impeccably clean and they provided cleaning services every 3 days. Check-in with Cristina was pleasant and she was very helpful. I would highly recommend this place for a great stay in the city.
